The Major Financial Donors Includes (a) Domestic/Foreign Loans, (b) Budgetary-Allocations Or Guaranteed By Institutions; (c) UNDP/GEF-SGP, (d) AfDB/DFID, (e) (Grants For project) (f) Funds From State Foreign Aid; (g) USAID & UKSAID, (h) UNICEF Funding, (i) Revenue Received From The Economic Activity Of State Or Local Agencies Or Other Legal Persons In Public Law Financed From The Institutional Budget, Metropolitan Assembly Budgets, District Assembly Budgets Or Foundations) and IMF, World Bank With Other Donor Agencies have signed MoUs amounting Over US$973.6 Million And Another Economic grant valued US$756.2 Million aimed at strengthening their strategic partnership in promoting regional stability, Supplies and boosting trade competitiveness in West Africa For The Next Five Years.

The New Agreement was signed at the ceremony on Thursday 27th November 2020. The Funds will be used judiciously to cover payment for the supplies on Health Related Areas, to equip the Hospital, Maternities and Health Centers with Hospitals Products to fight more on COVD-19 Pandemic. which the (UNDC) will initiate and declared their intention to Procured from the Reliable, Verified & Evaluated Suppliers, Companies And Individuals who are ready to Supply The Products According To Contractual Procedures Provided By (UNDC) and The Fund Donors, with our Get Involved Campaign.

These Amounts will be devoted to support efforts at promoting regional Trade to enhance the African Market Population of Over #553.6 Million People in African Sub-region is catered for.Speaking at the occasion, Dr. Joe Forson – Project Director (UNDC) lauded the excellent relations between The Commission and the USAID, WHO, UNICEF and Other Corporate Donors in Tamale Northern Region. He said this partnership has been further deepened with the signature of the new agreements aimed at enhancing trade competiveness in Product Supplies within West Africa and Assured them that the Funds will be used judiciously to cover all the payments related to the Product needed.

Africa's political evolution is characterised by conflicts that have sometimes gone beyond the capabilities of the continental body to resolve without resort to foreign assistance, especially in the critical field of military assistance. The United Nations (UN) peacekeeping operations have played a crucial role in maintaining international peace and security, particularly in Africa. Since the 1960s, Africa has been the focus of numerous UN peacekeeping missions, with the continent hosting some of the most complex and protracted conflicts. This article provides a critical review of Africa's experience in UN peacekeeping operations, examining the successes, challenges, and controversies surrounding these missions. The study also conceptualized peacekeeping and adopted the collective security paradigm as a framework for analysis. The study used mainly secondary data obtained from books, journals, conference papers and the Internet. All data collected were presented and analysed qualitatively through content analysis. The article also explores the role of African regional organisations, such as the African Union, in supporting UN peacekeeping efforts.
